Update WordPress, Elementor, MagicKit Lite and MagicKit Pro to their latest versions and clear your caches. It solves most issues right away.
Go to Elementor → Tools → Regenerate CSS & Data and MagicKit → Tools → Clear caches, then clear your caching plugin and your browser cache.
Your computer or phone probably has animations turned off (for example Windows: Settings → Accessibility → Visual effects → Animation effects). MagicKit respects this choice. Change how it behaves in MagicKit → Style Kit → Motion — see Animations and reduced motion.
MagicKit Pro needs MagicKit Lite. Make sure both are active and up to date, then click Activate License under MagicKit Pro on the Plugins page. If a red notice says the license system could not start, it explains the reason.
Conditions are evaluated on the server. A full-page cache can show the same cached page to everyone, so exclude those pages from the cache or use a cache that varies by visitor. Conditions are never applied inside the editor.
That is normal in the Elementor editor. On the live site every visitor sees one variant.
Many servers cannot send email reliably. Install an SMTP plugin (for example FluentSMTP or WP Mail SMTP) and connect it to your email provider. Every Magic Form submission is also saved in MagicKit → Form Entries.
Check the keys in MagicKit → Integrations — each service shows Connected when its keys are filled in. Feeds are cached; after changing a key, use MagicKit → Tools → Clear caches.
Add these lines to wp-config.php, reproduce the problem, then send us the file wp-content/debug.log:
define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
Remove the lines again when you are done.
