14-day money-back guarantee on MagicKit Pro. No questions asked.
14-day money-back guarantee

If MagicKit Pro is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days and you get your money back in full.

Our guarantee

We want you to be happy with MagicKit Pro. If it does not meet your expectations, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the payment date. You do not have to give a reason, although your feedback helps us improve.

What is covered

  • New purchases of every MagicKit Pro plan (1, 2, 3 or unlimited websites).
  • Yearly and lifetime licenses.
  • Automatic yearly renewals, within 14 days of the renewal payment.
  • Plan upgrades, within 14 days of the upgrade payment (the upgrade amount is refunded).

How to request a refund

  1. Email help@magickit.pro from the address you used at checkout.
  2. Mention the email address of the purchase. Your license key or order number helps us find it faster.
  3. We process the refund within a few business days.

How you are refunded

Payments are processed by our reseller Freemius. The refund goes back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer it can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

After a refund

When a refund is issued, the license is cancelled: MagicKit Pro stops receiving updates and its Pro features are deactivated on your websites. MagicKit Lite, the free plugin, keeps working.

Exceptions

We may decline refunds in clear cases of abuse, for example repeated purchases and refunds of the same product. Requests made more than 14 days after the payment are not eligible.
